Welcome to my website! I’m very excited about the second book of my new series, set in the small town of Otter Tail, Wisconsin. I loved writing about an Irish pub and creating a community around it, especially after seeing firsthand how important a place like the Harp and Halo is in a small town. It’s not just a place to have a beer – it’s a place to meet friends, sit and talk, listen to music. And, for Jen and Walker, a place to fall in love.
Just the sight of Walker Barnes in her kitchen is enough to panic Jen Summers. Those feelings she once had that seemed like cold ashes for so many years are turning out to be hot, hot coals. Walker’s sudden appearance is fanning all sorts of flames. Her guilt, her shame, her deep regret for what she’d done to him.
But this isn’t the awkward geek she’d hurt back in high school. This is Walker 2.0 – hardened, wickedly successful, brilliant, confident…hot. And he hadn’t forgotten how she’d used him. Or forgiven her. In fact, he seems intent on payback. Of all the times to fall for a guy…
I hope you enjoy your visit to Otter Tail, and I hope you’ll want to come back. Read an excerpt.

Reviews for my last trilogy of books:
Watson’s gift for characterization makes this an appealing tale of intense emotion. -Alexandra Kay, RT
The third McInnes Triplet contemporary romance… proves you can come home if love is there. The support cast is solid, but the tale belongs to the lead couple as Jackson must get over his ire and intense feelings of betrayal while Fiona must overcome her fears of commitments. Fans will enjoy this second chance at love due to the strong characterizations. -Harriet Klausner
